Photo+
Photo+ is for teachers to send instant pictures to parents of their children right from the Preschool2me for Teachers app. Photo+ section on the website allows administrators to view and approve pictures before they are sent out to parents. This ensures that the pictures are appropriate and meet your policies. Preschool2me highly recommends that you take a picture that does not have more than one child in it. This is to avoid any Privacy issues that parents might have.
The Photo+ label in Favorites also shows how many pictures are waiting for approval 
. Click on the link to open Photo+ Dashboard screen. On this screen, you can view all pictures waiting for approval on the top and also pictures that have already been approved. You can search for a specific picture by Classroom or Student.
To approve a picture, you can either approve picture one by one or select multiple pictures. To approve all pictures, click Share All button. To approve some pictures, first select the pictures you want to approve by selecting the checkbox at the bottom of each picture and then hit Share. To approve one picture at a time, hover your mouse on the picture and click Share. Once you approve, parent(s) of this child will receive the pictures on their email.
To delete a picture, you can either delete picture one by one or select multiple pictures. To delete all pictures, click Delete All button. To delete some pictures, first select the pictures you want to delete by selecting the checkbox at the bottom of each picture and then hit Delete. To delete one picture at a time, hover your mouse on the picture and click Delete.
To view an enlarged version of the picture, hover your mouse on the magnifying glass icon next to each picture.
To Re-Share a picture already approved, go to Approved picture section at the bottom and find the picture you want to re-share. Hover your mouse on the picture and click Re-Share. Similarly, to Print a picture already approved, go to Approved picture section at the bottom and find the picture you want to print. Hover your mouse on the picture and click Print.
