Preschool
Click on the ‘Manage’ tab on the top menu, then select Preschool. This is where you enter your PreSchool details. You can also setup your logo, address, phone number, email and website.
This will be a good time to setup other administrator accounts for your co-owners, directors, assistant directors. You can have up to four administrators registered. You can create a default password of each of them. Don’t worry, they can change it after they have logged in the first time.
On this screen you can set up Auto Approval for Today’s Picture. Select Yes for Auto Approve Today’s Picture. You can also enable/disable Photo+ (instant photo) feature for your center. If you enable Photo+, select Yes or No to Auto Approve Photo+ pictures.
Please note that if you choose Auto Approve for Today’s Picture, activity reports will be sent directly to the parents. If you choose Auto Approve for Photo+, instant photos will sent directly to parents without needing your approval.
Don’t forget to click on ‘Save’ button after you have made your changes!
